Cancellation Policy

1. Participation By enrolling in Kid Ninja Dojo, you agree that your child will participate in physical training activities that may include running, jumping, balance work, and use of training equipment (e.g., staff, pads, drills). 2. Health & Safety Parents/guardians confirm that their child is in good physical condition and able to participate. You agree to inform us of: Any injuries Medical conditions Behavioral concerns Kid Ninja Dojo reserves the right to modify or limit participation for safety. 3. Assumption of Risk You understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Falls Minor injuries (cuts, bruises) Physical exertion By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks. 4. Outdoor Training Classes may take place outdoors (Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Park). You acknowledge: Weather conditions may vary Surfaces and environments are not controlled like indoor gyms Classes may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns. 5. Conduct & Behavior All students are expected to: Follow instructions Show respect to others Participate safely Kid Ninja Dojo reserves the right to remove a student from class if behavior is unsafe or disruptive. 6. Payments & Scheduling Classes must be booked in advance Missed classes may not be refundable (optional—adjust this if needed) Scheduling may change based on availability or weather 7. Media Consent Unless otherwise requested, you grant permission for photos/videos of your child to be used for: Social media Website Marketing materials You may opt out at any time in writing. 8. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Kid Ninja Dojo, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation. 9.
